Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 September 2026
These terms apply when you create a NORYQO workspace or use the NORYQO service. They are written to be readable, and they are meant to be fair to both sides.
1. Who these terms are with
NORYQO is a UK-operated software service, currently run by a UK sole trader trading as NORYQO. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean NORYQO, and "you" means the business that creates and uses a workspace.
NORYQO is a software product. We are not a law firm, an accountant or a marketing agency, and nothing in the product or on this site is legal, financial or regulatory advice.
2. What the service does
NORYQO captures customer enquiries submitted through a NORYQO enquiry form, summarises and categorises them, scores their urgency, drafts a reply for a person in your workspace to review, tracks delivery of the replies you send, keeps a follow-up queue, and records whether each enquiry was won or lost.
Every outbound message requires human approval. NORYQO does not contact your customers on its own. Drafts are suggestions; you decide what is sent.
Features shown inside the product as "on the roadmap" are not part of the service and are not something you are paying for. We do not promise any future feature by a given date.
3. Your account and workspace
You must give accurate details, keep your login credentials secure, and make sure everyone you invite to your workspace follows these terms. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone has gained access to it.
You must be acting for a business, and you must be old enough to enter a contract.
4. Your content and your customers
You own the enquiry data, messages, business details and other content in your workspace. You grant us the limited permission we need to host and process it so the service can work.
You are responsible for collecting your customers' information lawfully, for the content of every message you approve and send, and for complying with the rules that govern contacting people — including UK data protection and electronic marketing law. You remain responsible for the commercial decisions you make with what the product shows you: a summary, a category, an urgency score or a draft is an aid, not a judgement you can rely on without reading it.
Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled and the roles each side plays. It forms part of these terms.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use NORYQO to:
- send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or messages to people who have not asked to hear from you;
- send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content;
- upload malware, attempt to access another workspace's data, probe or interfere with our systems, or bypass usage limits, rate limits or security controls;
- resell or provide the service to third parties as your own product without our written agreement;
- use it in a way that damages the deliverability or reputation of our sending infrastructure.
We may investigate suspected abuse and take proportionate action, including suspending sending or the account.
6. Plans, billing and cancellation
Free plan. There is a genuine Free plan with a small monthly automation allowance and no card required. It is a real plan you can stay on — it is not a trial of a paid plan, and it does not convert into one or start charging you automatically.
Paid plans. Starter and Growth are monthly subscriptions in pounds sterling, charged in advance from the moment you subscribe. Paid plans are not offered on a trial basis. Current prices and monthly handled-enquiry allowances are shown on our pricing section and in the billing page inside the app; each plan includes a monthly allowance of handled enquiries.
Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not pro-rate part-months.
Refunds. We do not offer a blanket money-back guarantee, and payments already taken are generally non-refundable. That does not affect any rights you have under applicable law, and it does not stop us doing the right thing: if something went wrong — a billing error, a duplicate charge, an outage that stopped you using what you paid for — contact support and we will look at it properly and in good faith.
Payments. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never receive your full card details. Price changes will be notified before they take effect and will not apply to a period you have already paid for.
Allowances. If you use up your monthly allowance, enquiries are still captured and stored, but the automated summary, prioritisation and drafting pause until the allowance resets or you move up a plan.
7. Availability, beta status and changes
NORYQO is early-stage software. Your data is real and we treat it that way, but we do not offer a service level agreement, an uptime guarantee or a guaranteed response time. There will be maintenance, and occasionally things will break.
We may improve, change or remove features. Where a change materially reduces the core functionality you pay for, we will give you reasonable notice by email and you may cancel.
8. Third-party providers
The service depends on third parties — hosting, database and authentication, payment processing and email delivery. We choose them carefully, but we do not control them and we are not responsible for their own products, terms or outages beyond taking reasonable steps to keep the service running.
9. Our intellectual property
We own the NORYQO software, brand, design and documentation. Your subscription gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business while your account is active. You may not copy, reverse-engineer or create a competing product from it. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything for it.
10. Confidentiality
Each side will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for the purpose of this agreement. Data protection specifics are covered in the Privacy Policy.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, and because this is a business-to-business service: we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, or indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in that period. On the Free plan, where you have paid us nothing, our liability is correspondingly limited.
The service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that a classification, urgency score or draft reply will be accurate or suitable — that is exactly why a person has to approve every message.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using NORYQO and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where we are legally required to. Where it is reasonable to do so we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
You can export your enquiry data from the app before you leave. After termination we remove workspace data in line with the retention section of our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product develops. The date at the top shows the current version, and we will email account holders before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
